 FAQs

  • Scheduling is simple! You can book directly by heading over to our “Book Now” tab and selecting your service type, square footage, number of bedrooms, and preferred date and time. Once your booking is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

  • All payments are processed securely through our online portal. When you book a service, an authorization hold will be placed on your card for the total fee. The payment is not withdrawn until the day after your cleaning is completed. This allows time to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your service before the funds are finalized.

  • Kiki’s Cleaning Co. provides all of the cleaning products and supplies necessary to care for your home. To maintain proper sanitation and efficiency, we do ask clients to provide a toilet brush, a vacuum, and, if needed, a step stool.

  • Getting the Most Out of Your Cleaning
    At Kiki’s Cleaning Co., our goal is to give you the very best results every time we visit your home. To help us do that, we kindly ask for a little preparation before your scheduled cleaning:

    • A quick pickup throughout the home so our team can focus on cleaning instead of tidying.

    • Dishes placed in the dishwasher or put away.

    • Fragile or valuable items stored in a safe spot.

    • Pets secured for everyone’s safety and comfort.

    These small steps allow us to spend more time deep cleaning and less time moving items around. If a home isn’t ready when we arrive, we may need to reschedule the appointment, which could result in a same-day cancellation fee.

    For everyone’s health and safety, please note that we are unable to clean up animal feces, urine, blood, mold, or other hazardous materials.

  • You’re not required to be home during your cleaning. While we’re happy to clean with you there, we’ve found it’s often easiest for both clients and our team when the home is empty — it gives us the freedom to move through the house more efficiently. Still, the choice is completely yours!

  • You can easily cancel your appointment anytime through our customer portal. We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service are subject to a fee of 50% of the total service cost. We sincerely understand that emergencies and last-minute changes occur, but maintaining this policy ensures that our cleaners — whose schedules and income depend on each appointment — are fairly protected.

  • It’s always our heart to create consistency and trust with our clients. We do our best to schedule the same cleaner for each visit, allowing you to get to know and feel comfortable with the person in your home. While there may be times when a different team member steps in due to scheduling, our priority is keeping your home traffic to a minimum and your experience as comfortable as possible.

  • After selecting your booking date and time, you’ll automatically see the name and photo of the cleaner assigned to your appointment. On the day of your service, your cleaner will arrive wearing a visible name tag for easy identification. All of our cleaners are fully background checked and professionally trained, so you can feel confident about who is entering your home.
